Pattern shop
In our in-house pattern shop we produce patterns in quality H1 according to ČSN EN12890/DIN 1511.
Patterns are produced by 30 experienced pattern makers both in traditional way and on CNC machines:
- SAHOS Dynamic F5000 5X and
- Paolino BACCI Sintesi 2
The patterns manufactured at our plant reach the lifetime of hundreds of pieces of castings, as material we use wood, polyurethane resin and polystyrene. For specific parts of patterns we use parts made on a 3D printer.
